South Florida Meets

Are there currently any South Florida meets set up, or would anyone be interested in something like that? I personally wouldn't mind organizing something.

My friend Vic who's usually sets up meets every other Sunday of the month at Fuddruckers at Pembroke Pines. I believe the site is mazda3.com. He owns a red MS3.

Unfortunately things at the Mazda3forums have been extremely disorganized and dramatic which is why I came over here. Vic has been talking about either giving up his coordinator duties or letting other people help organize, but the other coordinator is basically an ******* that doesn't want to listen to any suggestions. I just wanted to see if we could get something started through SUF and get a larger more diverse group out there.

We started a once a month dinner meet, where every month we'll decide on a resturant between dade and palm beach county's, it started out ok, had and average of 30 cars but then those guy's try taking control of the meet's and it's not working out, they want to do a Fuddruckersmeet every other sunday, the problem is people don't have money and people have family stuff to take care of, that's why the once a month dinner meet was sucessful because it give us something to look forward to.

There is a thread on it but basically Flow and I set-up this car meet for the orlando people and south florida people to have a fun meet day. Meet starts at 10am and we plan to have a cook out and chill at the inlet. You can swim in that mangrove river thing, hangout at the beach or fish off the inlet. I plan to bring my camera for some pictures and stuff too.

Yeah I personally didn't mind the Fuddruckers location since it's literally 5 minutes from my place. They just totally dropped the ball on that one. If you know anyone who'd be interested in meeting up for something like those once a month dinner meets shoot them over to this thread to see if we can get something new started. I've been dying to get something really well organized for some time.
