Rims size

I have an 08 speed3 and I want to put wider rims on it. The stock wheels are 215/45 r-18. I want to go to 235/35 r-18 but I can't find if the wider rimes will fit. Doe's anyone know what the max size rim that will fit for the speed3?

you can easily fit a 8in wide wheel. need to take into consideration offset as well

im pretty sure the stock tires (215/45 r-18) 215mm wide is about 8.5 inches roughly. i wanna know if a 235mm wide tired which is about 9.3 inches wide will fit. or maybe even a 245mm wide tire which is about 9.6 inches.
