WinterPalooza: PHOTOS of Sylvan Lake Park

All of these places are in the Palooza Area we have reserved for the Meet. It will have no other traffic besides our attendees. It is the largest area of the park that can accomodate the most amount of people.

Photos...All of these locations are 30 second walking distance from each other...

1. Open Fields for any activities
2. Playgrounds and bathrooms in the background, behind the bathrooms is the main pavilion
3. Bathrooms which is between the playground and all 3 pavilions
4. Main Lot and the turn around at the end of it
5. The turn around, it is a dead end road
6. Main Pavilion and sand volleyball court.
7. Main Pavilion
8. The grillmaster

it doesnt seem like theres a lot of parking space? maybe the rest is just not pictured. makes me want to get there early to get good parking

there are 70 actual parking spots, that should fit about 85 cars. We calculated a total of 120-130 cars that the area can accomodate on the grass and what not...

our caravan is kinda late, so me and krystal are thinking of getting there earlier as planned. to get there at like 11 seems too late.

people are actually planning to stroll in at 11? Most shows start judging at 10 am, and we plan to start the meet at 9 am. This was a problem with summerpalooza. We had so many latecomers, we did nto get detailed judging done before it began to rain.

We can just modify the people's judging then. We need a while to tally the votes, and if people roll in for lunch, not good. Perhaps people can vote for the top 3 cars they like and we can go from there.
