Old Dominion Car Club Presents: First Annual Spring Meet!

April 17th: 1st Annual Old Dominion University Charity spring meet

EVENT LOCATION:
WHRO parking lot, Lot 1, Campus of Old Dominion University
5200 Hampton Boulevard
Norfolk, Virginia 23508

ADMISSION:
- Regular admission (Includes 1 vehicle entry) - $1 minimum donation
- Admission with 1 corn hole entry $5
- Corn hole entry 1 person $5
All of the proceeds will be donated to Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.

TOURNAMENT:
Corn hole tournament will be random partners, double elimination,
winning team will split half the pot, other half will be donated to CHKD

SCHEDULE:
9:30am – Vendor Arrival/Setup
10:00am – Gates opened
12:00pm-until - Corn Hole Tournament
5:00pm – Winners Announced
5:30pm - Gates close

VENDORS:
• Sage and east coast Auto
• XS Energy Drink
• Horse power Solutions
• Hooters
• Live Music

There will be a car show with prizes as well, we are currently trying to work out how we want to do the classes/judging. It will be an awesome time, I know its kind of far for most on this forum but its for a great cause and if you need any help figuring out lodging let me know and I can help out. Hope to see a few of you out here!!

Hey guys. There is a convoy meet in Virgina beach to head to the show on saturday. If anyone is interested will be meeting at the 7-11 across from Regent University off of Indian River Road. Will meet @ 10 and then head to the show. Hope to see a few out there to convoy iin with!
