I will update this better in the future, but put your feed back peeps. I am looking for the Proteges, but everyone put there feedback, as to what they would want them for.

Well, to update it, it would be great to get some pillowball mounts for the Protege line.

I blieeve that they are talking about the top ball looking mount at the top of the struts, Which allows for the pivot of the suspension mount. good for lowered cars, it helps with keeping them from having huge negative camber I believe.

Pillow ball mounts stop deflection. Stock struts usually use some form of rubber bushing which will deform with the force placed on the suspension. It is a big deal on strut equipped vehicle because the strut body moving causes changes in alignment.

Ah, ha, I wonder if that is what's is causing my ungodly squeek from the driver side rear strut. If I soak it W/water @ a carwash the squeek goes away.
Would this mount take care of the squeeking? I'm lowered on with a prokit.

No I think the squeek is from the missing rubber bushing that goes on top of the strut mount. It looks like a little ring.
