hey i was told that you can make the stock bov sound loud if i take off the hose from the intake to the bov and block it with a cap. then just leave the bov hooked up to the intercooler pipeing. just wanted to make sure 1st before i try.

Please do not try to make your stock bypass valve loud by capping the intercooler nipple. It is recirculated for a reason. Call in if you want a detailed explaination.

thankx bro thats all i needed to know. yea i thought so, i was like man thats there for a reason and i dont want to mess with the emission settings. u know i have seen the forge bov do that. u have to cap the hose to ur intake and hook the bov to your intercooler pipeing. i also wanted to ask what is the cheapest way to go to get that nice blow off valve sound with out a check engine light.

There really is not a cheap way to get a BOV or a BOV sound. You can get one of the speakers units that make a BOV sound when u push a button.

hehe yea i got that hooked up already! every time i honk lol it makes that swooosh sound. just joking but how much do u think it will cost me to get it done the way u said i should and will that void my warranty and my extended warranty? cause were i bought my car from man they are really *****y about everything i do to my car.

Shouldn't void any warranty. For an aftermarket part to void a warranty, the dealership must prove that the aftermarket part caused the damage. Other wise it is against the law.

You will want to use the aluminum hardpiping kit with a flange for the BOV, all bolt on.

Hey bro i have another big question that i have been wanting to ask for a while now. Is it ok if i put regular gas in my mazdaspeed protege then the premium? Man gas is like $2.66 in dallas i cant afford that lol.

Always use premuim fuel, 91 or 93 octane. Chevron with Techron is grade A for a turbo'd vehicle. If you cheap out on gas, you may have more expensive problems down the road. AND it won't run as efficient.

the only issue ive had was my belt squeel like a porker from time to time. but other than the my car feels smoother and it adds a "little" pep but nothing to go crazy aboutYou have any issues with that UR pulley yet?

440cc injectors are all you need to eliminate fuel cut. the MAF measures air by voltage and injector capacity. The 440cc injectors allow for about 40% more capacity and in turn allow for more air to voltage ratio, hence eliminating fuel cut. But you better get unichip or some other sort of E-management!!!!
