There was a fire last night at the Seminole County Animal Shelter.
I will be heading to Costco to buy some stuff to take down to the shelter this week. If anyone is interested in helping out they can contact me, donate directly to the volunteer program, or stop by Louise's Pet shop in Lake Mary. You can donate supplies or if you wish to make a cash donation please make your checks out to: Seminole County Animal Services.

All donations for Animal Services are being conducted by the Seminole Community Volunteer Program. Please call (407) 323-4440, ext. 2. Items needed are: Large crates; cat carriers; litter pans; stainless steel bowls; blankets; towels; newspapers; cat and dog shampoo.
Monetary donations can be made payable to Seminole County Animal Services and sent to them directly

From 17-92 coming north from Longwood:

Turn left at Weldon Blvd., which is one stoplight north of the intersection of 17-92 and CR 427 (Ronald Reagan Blvd.). Stay on Weldon Blvd. as it enters the Seminole Community College Campus. Weldon will curve 90 degrees to the right in front of the Health Bldg (building H). Make the curve and then turn into the second driveway, Parking Lot A. Our building is a gray portable with cranberry trim, whose yellow signs read "Seminole Community Volunteer Program".

From I-4:
Exit at SR 46, going east toward Sanford. Before getting to 17-92, turn right on College Ave., an entrance to Seminole Community College Campus. Turn right at the second road, Weldon Blvd. We are the second building on the left. Pass our building, a gray portable with cranberry trim and turn left into our parking lot (Parking Lot A) after our building. You will then be facing our front doors. Our signs are yellow and read "Seminole Community Volunteer Program".

From 17-92 coming south from Sanford:
After Flea World, turn right at County Home Road, then left at the first road, Weldon Blvd. We are the second building on the left. Pass our building, a gray portable with cranberry trim and turn left into our parking lot (Parking Lot A) after our building. You will then be facing our front doors. Our signs are yellow and read "Seminole Community Volunteer Program".
