So I'll get some pics of the audio install tomorrow when I get back from Denver. Replaced all 6 speakers, amped em, installed pioneer d1 hooked up w/ nav, sirius, xbox w/ a 250gb hd loaded with games, music, all that ****. Like I said, nothing under the hood just yet. :) Anyone wants pics of anything else, lemme know.

Ahem - 05 :P - Not really any exterior diffs though ;), mechanically, thats another story :D. And yes, I de-baged the trunk in 20 degree weather w/ my g/fs hair dryer lol. :) Im thinking of swapping trunks w/ a guy who has a blue wrx...not sure if Im a fan of the big-ass wing :).

Got a few more pics up @ my cardomain site, mostly speaker install...Cobb is comming out with a new accessport @ SEMA this year, ill most likley be picking that up after its released and all the bugs are out, and then going stage 2. :):)

What up NIGNUG? Does Bekah know you're coming to town? If not you better tell her or she'll kick your ass. Seriously, let me know exact dates when it gets closer and we'll see if we can have a get together while you are here. Quite a few of us are local. On the cardomain site you have pics of the stereo install, are you having any problems with having the amp overheating, being mounted under the seat like that? Just a thought, but I bet it sounds phenominal. Glad to see you are doing it right. There is nothing worse than hearing the local getto blaster rolling down the street and all you can hear is misc body panels rattling so loud that you can't hear the music. Nice install bud.

Haha - thanks, I always gotta have the audio done in my cars first...done it on all 4 of em ha. I cut the carpet out from under the amp, just inside of it, and its mounted on a 1/4" plywood board w/ vents (the air vent for the back seat is there too, so the air moves), then the plywood is mounted to the car. :)

I haven't told Bekah im planning on coming out yet though. (I also dont know where my phone is, haha) The dates arent set yet, its either gonna be near those Nov dates or early next year, all depends.

my dad's car-04 sitting on spec c springs, aftermarket sway bar brackets, valentine-1 and a small system w/xm yay....this was at an airstrip at a weekend long autox event, lots of fun. i think theres something wrong w/it tho, it feels way too slow. and he could only pull off a 13.9 at the track. he definitely doesnt drive it like your typical 60 yr old does either. on his runs he launched at 4500 and pulled every gear to redline.

My insurance actually isnt that bad...I think its only about $200 more a year than my 2002 Mazda Protege. :) Well worth the extra $$, if I do say so myself. :)
