ok guys after talking with swanson we have decided April 7th Midnight Madness then taking a group photo to make flyers with and just for our personal viewing pleasure and others also here are the plans
1. meet on hwy 22 i believe it is exit 182 at 8:45 ill probably be there a little early meet at the super junction gas station on this exit
2. once everyone arrives at this destination we will caravan out to no problem raceway for midnight madness after this we will take a group picture at NPR or another location

any questions just ask me or swanson or even suggestions just ask we'll be open to them

Just meet us at NPR, it'd be out of your way to go to the rest station. For us, if we take 1-10, we get off at Sorrento exit 182 then take Hwy whatever to head over the sunshine bridge etc, etc. You can still meet us if you want, but it'd be kinda' out of your way.

Scratch out works, but i recommend using some compound and a nice wax after wards. It should come out pretty nice.

Welcome, Welcome! I finally got my exhaust adjusted to my liking. No more rattling or pinging, and it's angled perfectly and centered. Woot! Only cost me 81 bucks, but it was still cheaper than sending it back and getting a replacement, now I'm just searching for someone who will modify my header.

As for that parking garage, it would probably be ok to do a quick shoot there but after we were up there for a while (a bit over an hour), security came up to check on us. By that time, we were done anyway and just waiting for my spare keys to show up. They didn't really hassle us, just came up to see what was going on.

I don't have a good digital camera. I've got some pos that I take with me when I go out. It's good for crappy pictures, thats about it. I'll see if I can get a friend to tag along, he's got some really nice cameras and lenses, but don't hold your breath, he flakes alot. Anything that comes out crappy, I can clean up with photoshop so the camera doesn't have to be that amazing.

I'll be packing the same film SLR I used for the old photoshoot as well as my new digital (which is pretty good but not perfect, IMO). I'll also bring a tripod because that's pretty much the only way to get really good night shots, IMO.

The more, the merrier, though. If we all take a load of pictures, some are bound to turn out good. :)

Some bad news (sort of) movie-wise. I just checked Fandango (the web site to order UA tickets) and there's no Redline playing at 10ish at Citiplace on Saturday (there has been up until then, just not any more). There's one at 7:50 at Citiplace and 9:25 at Siegen and those are the two latest ones.

Are ya'll ordering your tickets online, or have ya'll decided what time and where we are going see the movie?It's sort of up in the air right now. It looks like we either see the movie at Siegen at 9:25 (and preorder tickets) and NOmz3 can't make it or we pick another movie and potentially see it at a nicer theater, later, and NOmz3 can make it.

I'm really more interested in getting everyone involved that wants to be so another, later movie would be fine with me. We just need to decide what. 300? Grindhouse? Blades of Glory? ATHFCMFFT? Disturbia? Any other suggestions?

todd get on I12 heading towards baton rouge get off at the sherwood forest blvd exit if you want ill go home that way and get an exit # or ill search on google if youd like take a left off of the exit ramp follow that road when you get to airline you wanna cross over because that turns into siegen lane get in the right lane when you see the taco bell turn right there will be a big empty parking lot and well thats the theater no one really goes there if you get lost just call me my # is in the contact list

injen.... i took it off bc i had a slight transmission problem since about a month after i got the car but it wasnt doing it enough to take it in so a week after i put the intake on 3rd gear was gone it wouldnt go into 3rd and if it did when you hit the gas out it came the problem i had early on was it wouldnt go into reverse some times until i tried like 10times but i took it in after 3rd was gone my front tires were bald i got accused of abusing my car which im not gonna lie i run it hard occasionally but yeah my tires wore all ****ed up bc i do rotate them and they said it had intense damage done to it gave me a new one and said they wouldnt fix it again now i dont have any problems with it yet

good question murray you think we should buy them there or preorder?? I think it's unlikely it'll sell out but I've been caught too many times so I usually preorder these days. It costs $1 or so more per ticket but it's well worth it, IMO.

Either way, we really just need to make sure everyone does the same thing. It really sucks when some preorder and some don't and there's a sellout.

You get a page to print when you're done buying them and you also have to swipe the card you bought them with when you get there to get the actual tickets. The printout is mostly in case there's some weirdness with the card swipe / ticket print thing (but I've never had a problem with that).
