Here's the deal...back in early may I dropped off my car to a unichip certified tuner in new jersey ( over an hour away from me) to finally get my MSP tuned and running smooth. After 2 months of hassles it is STILL not finished. He called me today saying he was sorry but he couldn't tune the car becuase he fired his Unichip tuner...before it was done! Now I'm stuck with this car that still is not finished and I'm back to square one. Since then I've gotten the Unichip upgrade for the MSP that runs with windows so it should be easier to tune than the DOS version now, but I need to find a tuner close to PA and quick because as it stands now I can't take this thing to summerpalooza in 2 weeks. If anyone reading this knows of any COMPETENT Unichip tuners in the PA, NJ, or DE area I'd love to know where they are at and how to get in touch with them.

Well, I am pretty sure you bought the unichip from SU. Have you called them for help?

I think Cullen might have a saved tune, you never know. I would call for advice.
I have taken my car to altered atmosphere here in Maryland... I will say that I have gone through problems too, but the first one was something that I knew about... I am still trying to find out what is causing the second one now. But these people are expensive and I would only use them as a last resort. But this place that you are talking about seems like bs.. they should get someone up to speed to finish the tune on the car, they got into the mess, and should get you out of it, even if they have to pay to have someone else do it for ya

+1, thats just good business.
ya it's not like it's your fault the tuner was a dirt bag... so you shouldn't have to suffer because of it

i thougth UNIchips were pre-loaded with certain maps so tunes were not nessary unless you planned on running more boost over 10psi...
why not just load in the pre-loaded map for 8 or 10psi and that should work fine until you can get down here for palooza...and then have the guys at SU tune the car for you.
thats just my suggestion.
you have to adjust as the mods go further on

i know....but its an idea for the guy since he cant find a tuner he can trust...and if he is coming down for palooza in a few weeks...y not just save himself the hassle and headache of a potential let down again...
load the preloaded map back into the EMS....and just wait until he comes down for Palooza...and let Cullen and the guys a SU tune it for him the day before or day after Palooza.
