Either or. Bais to Sirius because I had to sell it @ RadioShack (mwhahah) and because its in my car. Right now, both have got some good portable hardware out right now. It just comes down to the channels. If you LOVE Stern, sirius, opie and anthony, XM...NFL, Sirius; Nascar, XM. Etc. Not sure what XM's online feeds are like, but Im sure its similar quality to sirius.

sirius is truly a better operation providing better signal feed and operation.....nascar is moving to sirius in january 07. sirius will end up owning the market...they have better genre and programming.....i have had both sirius and xm......i kept the sirius!!! bubba the love sponge rocks!! lol..lol

^^ NASCAR moves to Sirius next year. That is when I get it. NASCAR for the redneck import car driver in me.

I like both, but prefer XM. XM has a lot more to offer in the music dept. while sirius has more to offer in talk radio. It all depends what your into. The limos at my work have XM and my speed 3 has sirius. They will be merging soon though from what I hear, then itll be great all the way around. :)

I'm partial to XM. Opie and Anthony kick Bubba's ass and MLB is on XM.....:D

Not sure if anyone knows, but at the end of the day it will not matter which company you go to. There is a bill that has yet to be seen by congress to merge companies. Basically having both companies under one umbrella and all the channels together. You dont need to buy new players, or so I was told at Best Buy even though I heard differently somewhere. But something to keep in mind.

The sales rep has XM and he said he prefered Sirius even though XM offers more channels. I think Sirius is more quality, my sister has it in her Cherokee and I love sirius and am jealous.

i have sirius and i love it, xm wasn't interesting for me i like the channel line up on sirius a lot better.
