Return them. I had them in my P5, and they are junk. They are really made for German cars in my opinion. Go get some NGK OEM plugs. I love em. I hear the NGK irridiums are good too.

NGK V-Power FTW! the iridiums are just...too expensive...and not necessary unless you have like a vette or somethin that might actually need plugs like that. thats just my 2 cents.

just hand tighten them hold the ratchet right near the socket and twist so its snug... not tooooooo tight... but not loose either.... and well ive had the bosh.. cant say they are anybetter then the v-power ngk's that ive been using the last two times which only cost a dollar somthing apiece opposed to what like 30 something for the bosh.. save your money and have new plugs every other oil change like me.....lol..

I'd return them as well. I find they don't adjust well with the protege system and are a waste of money. They work nice on my mom's bug tho but for the protege no. I don't know if you've tweeked her for more boost or not but if you have get the copper NGK plugs ($1-2). Less chance of damaging your motor.
EDIT: wow, didn't realize how old this thread was...my bad lol

I tried out the bosch platinum plugs in my turbo 300zx and they made it run terrible, it had problems turning over and would misfire. I ended up switching them out and it solved the problem. They only seem to agree with certain cars.
