Imports Vs Domestics at Maryland International Raceway

Sunday November 4th, there is this event at Maryland International Raceway called Imports VS. Domestics... last year I had a pretty good time, therre were a few MS6's and some MSP's out there too... would you guys be willing to come down for it?

On Sunday, November 4, 2007, prepare yourself for the 12th Annual World Cup Finals as the Imports and Domestics battle it out for the championship. It will be a war as each side puts their reputations and egos on the line. Forget the trash talking, it's time to prove you've got what it takes! sounds like fun...I might even be able to convince some of my homies here in Richmond to come up with me. Most of them are domestic.
I dont know much about the drag competitions so how do they work? Do you race for a target time or just plain old whos the fastest? Or is there some of both and more?

I went last year with a bunch of mazda6club guys...it was a lot of fun. Unfortunately I got really ill with a migraine so I missed most of the racing, but I stayed around long enough to feel better and run my first stock 13.7 :) :) It was an awesome time, and I hope we can get a lot of people out there.

The guy recording says 13.61 but that was just because the board only reads to the hundredths.

My best run there was the 13.0 at 102, but corrected for DA it was a 12.91 so I was really happy. This was with mods though (3.5 top mount IC, race pipe, MBC and muffler delete). I hope you can come to MIR to see some speed6's and let us make a believer out of ya lol

No. Just off the top of my head. CUsrom exhaust, stage three clutch. ANd some other stuff. Not sure what though. I told him about the event seemed interested. And I also gave him the forum name. So we'll see.
