holy hell my night sucked!

I was driving down 434 with gabby just after leaving dinner with the parents......

I was cruising at about 40 and all of a sudden 2 elderly women decided it was a good idea to cross the road as I was driving down the street. With it being night and little or no street light on a highway I had about 2 secs to stop when they finally were in my head lights. I crashed into both of them. luckly I have good reaction time and even better breaks. one of them grabbed onto my mirror and was still standing when we stopped. The other hit my passenger side headlight and got a nasty gash on her forhead. They were both pretty ok but they were pretty shook up.

There was a car behind me and they said holy **** I cant believe that just happened.

Im sitting in my car screaming at the top of my lungs as Im thinking I just killed 2 old people.

We called 911 and they came and took the 2 old people to the hospital. the whole time they were claiming we were street racing and that we were "speeding up to hit them." The cops took down the car behind us info and they told the cops that there was no way we could have know they were there and they didnt see them either.

in the end the cops put the old people at fault and if I wish to sue them to get it fixed I can.(yeah 2 old ****s who cant even afford a car....dream on).

My car is doing ok. my driver's side mirror is going and my bumper isnt fitting right anymore and there are a ton of scratchs on the car.

It annoys me that 2 hours ago that car was perfect and now I have to do a ton of work and spend more money because to older woment didnt choose to use better judgement..... and more over had the audacity to blame me!

that sucks dude, but i know your pain, one min. your car is pristine and beautiful then some jagg-off crosses your path and boom, you end up with a nice stack of repair bills whether its your fault or not...its happened to me more times than i can count now, hope everything works out for ya, and i hope karma comes back to bite the old ladies in the ass for blaming it on you and just being dumb :)

yep...... worst part of it all is the cop told us that unless they make a big deal about it that he wont even issue them a ticket because they were hurt and had suffered enough . I could sue them, but honestly they were headed to the trailer park neighborhood(I image were they live) and they now had medical bills too for their trip to the hospital as I dont have to pay for that either. :lime:

I think the vynil is all coming off my car(not the SU stuff). most of it got Fed up and scratched and in the morning I will get to look at it better but if it looks bad its going.

Just just cant get over the images in my head of the ladies just showing up out of no where and me hitting them.


the cops were actually shocked that they survived and said I must have done everything possible (got to love the cross drilled and slotted). they laughed once the ladies left and said if I was racing they wouldnt have even been there to tell anyone I was racing.

based on the way they were acting and that the cop was going to the hospital after the accident to interveiw them, that they probably will be getting tickets as they were ***** to the cops and meds when they got there.

As long as everyone is OK is all that matters. I think is was time for some of the vinyl to come off anyway, HAHA But seriously, if you can get them to pay for the damages, somehow, maybe you can get new stuff for the car????

Not looking at the pics, I wonder if a detail shop can buff out the denture, blue hair, and press-on-nail marks off the car. If you need a replacement mirror, I know of 2 options. 1) used one off of the same color car car-parts.com, or 2) order one from SU, then get it painted.

gabbys sister works at the hospital and does check ins..... she wasnt working last night but her friend was.

her sister was on the phone with her friend and she mentioned that 2 older crazy ladies walked infront of my car. he friend said really..... yeah I KNOW!

apparently the paramedics contacted the hospital after they left the scene and told them it wasnt life threatening and the old bats made a huge deal about it.... then they went back to their rooms and were totally nuts. the one lady was fine and the other had to get a few stiches.

The FHPD came in to interview them. he checked in with the friend......

2 hours later he came out and said he would have to leave now or he was going to go off. the ladies were out of their minds and couldnt tell a straight story if their lives depended on it.......

all I know is I cant wait to get the police report....

they said Im pretty well ****ed based on what gabby's sister's friend said. Who knows if they even have auto insurance. though there was a few suggestions that maybe they were looking for a meal ticket..... I will wait and see what the police report says before I do anything drastic.

oh snap dude that sucks i had a old fart on a cell phon driving a porche back up in to me. the funny thing was he figured that well i am driving a fast car i can get away so he took off. but my msp kepted up real well. we were doing lik 120 down 1960 "if anyone has ever been to houston would know that road is a 55 mph zone all up and down it" but any way this guy must have thrown like 2 pounds of weed out cuz i saw alot stuck in my wipers and grill when the cops found use lol dumb ass. they took his ass to jail i bet his wife kicked his ass that night. but now what i am left with is a nice scratch and scuff on my front right side bumper

see here in cbus we call that bum jumping! a bum sees a car that looks like money ;) they jump take the bump and try to make money off it! I have seen it happen in person and they try to say give me 20 bucks and I will shut up! they are crazy! odds are they saw you going down the road and thought they could get money out of you, but didnt have time to get a story streight! sucks to be them! now they are beat up and broke still! hahahahahahaha! and josh is right you got lots of points from this one man! if only one had a mullet that is +1000000000 points! 2 mullets dont even get me started! did her teeth fly farther than she did? that could be cool as well!
