ok so i got my boost and a/f gauges installed today and the boost seems to be working fine the a/f gauge on the other hand does the sweep then just bounces back and forth from lean to rich but when i push the clutch in and im slowing down its on rich....also its pluged into the sensor at the front of the exhaust manifold...(i think thats what its called) anyway i think he might have put the wire in the wrong spot...any suggestions?

Unless you have a Wideband O2 sensor it's going to bounce all over the scale.
The stock O2 sensors are not accurate enough for the gauge, they are just two wire. The Wideband is designed to give you a more accurate reading for tuning, stand alone ecu's, etc. So all you are going to get is a pretty lite show with the stock one.

ok well that kinda sucks....o well it looks good and is cool so idc as long as the boost works

Oh come on now, take it out before it gets on your nerves and you rip it out.......unless of course you have a piano in the back that way it could double as a metronome(not to be confused with the garden nome)multifunctional you just gotta love it......LOL

hahahaha i dont wanna take it out cuse then i gotta remove the pillar and i dont wanna do that lol ill just leave it....it seems to be working better now not as crazy...like acctully stays in optimal unless you floor it which is understandable lol

hey i gotta similar question i didnt get the wideband af gauge but my CE light is on and the dealship told me my aftermarket down pipe was causing the O2 sensor to "melt"< and here i just thought the gauge was messed up, any suggestions?

Go wideband. It'll make the gauge more than just a pretty series of lights. Or get a functional gauge.

If you don't have your catalytic converter anymore, you're more than likely fouling out the O2 sensor. You will have a CEL until you do something to fix it. You can either put back the CC, or you can weld an extension onto the bung that will pull the sensor out of the direct flow of exhaust gases.
