Apexi turbo timer for speed 6

hey i just got my apexi turbo timer and i have no idea how to hook it up on my ms6 can ya help me out? please !!!!!!! thanks alot o and another thing i hooked up my MBC yesterday and went to the track last night and my boost either spikes or just get a fuel cut in like 4th gear and i only had the boost up to 16.5-17 lbs ???
