2008 Nopi Summer Nationals

Since I don't know when I'll be able to come back to Florida for good. I would like to get a group together and represent StreetUnit at the Nopi Summer Nationals in Englishtown, NJ on August 23-24. I know SU has a strong following in the NY,NJ,PA,MD,DC areas. Let's get together and show everyone that SU is not only strong in the Florida shows, but every where. This is an opportunity for all of those SUF members that have never made it to on of the Florida shows to get together and represent SU and SUF. Come on people let's get a list going and show your support.

Your telling me? This is a perfect opportunity to meet and hang and enjoy drag, drift, car show and the SU spirit. Come for one day or both, go to dinner after the show or whatever. This is the second time I try to get something going and it looks like it's gonna be a no go. no one can say it's short notice or anything but whatever. I'll leave this open for a little while still. come on people, where's the love? :grouphug5:

Damn ED if I could I'd drive up there just so you'd have someone to ***** at about the SUF turnout but with mom can't right now.Have you posted anywhere else about this? If so I hope you got a better response.If you want I'll try posting over at the 6club for you.

Nah! I didn't post anywhere else. I was just trying to get some SU representation overhere. I know I can show with some of the other forums in NJ but I was just trying to get SU some exposure in the Northeast, thanks though. Don't worry about posting it anywhere, I'll just leave this open for a bit longer if I get no interest then I'll just have to Rep SU by myself. :devil2:

Sorry to say that Nopi has canceled the rest of the season because of weak attendance at the spring shows. Maybe next year.

NOPI is bankrupt which is why they are really cancelling the remainder of the season and possibly for good.

There is a group of guys in Savannah, Ga trying to start a show in place of the absence of Nopi. They're callin it NoNopi. I left a link and sum info on the other Nopi thread.
