Hahah you are crazy man! We will bring some ice too, put it on your IC before the drive so no drip at the track hopefully, or just keep the ice in a bag.

You bet your ass I'm kidding lol Besides my exhaust is welded up to my headers so there's not much I'd be able to do other than take a sawsall to it.

Tech opens at 6:30, racing starts at 7:00, and they usually shut down the staging lanes around 10:45.

Maybe next time I'll have my springs on which might actually help my time a little bit. Besides I wanna try a different driving technique I think.

I wanna try a little smoother launch. the only thing is if I don't give my car about 2800-3000 off the line it'll kinda bog down afterwards. I've gotta find a good in between of rpms and clutch so I don't lose traction but don't bog at the same time.
Good luck, I am horrible at launching but I keep TCS on so I just floor it after I start moving!

I don't have that feature unfortunately.
well thats what the track is for, just try the highest rpm before wheel spin, and then you have to figure out how much more you can push the pedal in as you go. Not an exact science like a trans brake, but hey, its more fun this way.

I want my shifter to feel like Jamies, has he put in a short shifter and bushings or something? his shifts are so short. If mine were like that I'd shift incredibly fast.
he has bushings+MM, no clue about shifter. I still havent felt his shifter yet (man that sounds gay)
