how hard would it be to install power windows and power locks into an all manual power car?

Depends on the car. There are aftermarket power window kits for just about any car, some even universal. A buddy back home put power everything, including door openers in a 1967 Firebird. So there are kits, it depends on how hard they are to install it on that particular car.

on an s13 ....very easy. A lot of you pull it junk yards have s13's. your looking at like $50 for all the parts and 2.0 hr total. Its very easy. now the s14 is a little harder to find.
