Annoying rattle.

Every time I go over a rough patch of road something inside the cabin rattles...seems like the driver and passenger side doors are the problem. Anyone else experience this? I'm positive its not any old junk just rattling around because I don't keep anything inside there..any suggestions?

its an 08 ms3...im kinda thinking its the speaker grilles in the door or something with the door-panel itself????

I make my friends drive with me and put their hands on **** to see if it stops...i have no clue what the hell it could be. it sounds like there's a screw or something rolling around...
