Hey im steve malone i live in greenville, sc..
I'll be stright with yall im not that great at spellin or typing soo plezz i understand the last forums got on my nervs if u cant understand me ask nicely to rewrite it lol... thanks
i own a msp 2003.5 2 1/2" exhuast yellow DG front lip factory racinghearts black plans big turbo an high hp an about to have to get some killer parts from streetunit to rebuild my block the rod didnt like my drivin lmao.
im new to the mazda world was mostly a honda guy sooo i need as much help as posible on this rebuild i well post pics an stuff when i get startd thanks... :)

Thanks happy to be apart such nice ppl.. so can anyone tell me what rods an pistons to go with on this rebuild an can i use my factory pistons? or what do i need to do inable to use my factory pistons or better off gettting hole new ones

Do not us factory rods and pistons to rebuild a motor, its a waste of money.

I am not an expert on MSP's, but it seems that the factory rods like to go out the sides of the blocks when used much beyond stock expectations. Once the rods and pistons go outside the block, they let the blue smoke out, which makes the car stop running. That's my 11:23 PM need to go to sleep analysis.

i have it all apart its not a rod like it thou just a rod bearin so i have it back to gether this week... getting the crank turnd an .10 out the crank has some small croves
