I am bored out of my goard at work so I have pretty much figured out what mods and where I will be getting them from for the Skittle. Goals for the car is 12.0-12.5 until it is paid for and then faster or move on. I am also planning on staying stock turbo and using no N2O. Broke down in 3 stages below.

Stage 1 - Safety/first mods

Alarm with built in Turbo Timer (will serve two purposes later)
Bwoody Trans and Engine Mount
Bwoody oil Catch can
Bwoody Check Valve
NGK Plugs
Magnecor Wires
MSD Coil Pack
MadDog STS
Traction Bars
Wideband O2
Digitial Boost Gauge

Stage 2 - Go Fast
Mopar Stage 1 PCM
Waste Gate Actuator
Electronic Boost Controller
Exhaust Depot Turbo Back
Electronic Cutout in the DP

Stage 3 - Final Touches
Big FMIC
Diablo Tuner
Fuel Pump
55mm TB

This isnt a dedicated path, I am willing to stray if people have suggestions. I will also be doing stereo stuff in beetween all of this so there is no timeline attached. I got 5 years.....lol

I still have kinks to work out of the car from the MO-RON that had the car before me....those obviousley come first.

what issues you working through?

sounds like a good plan

I would stay away from the diablo tuners and let someone do it on a dyno...... money well spent.

can do 12s on stock turbo?

Boost Leak that I still cant find and the car while it is minimal feels like it is searching for an idle all the time. its not super noticeable but it pisses me off.

12's on stock turbo has been done several times over. I think there are even a few people doing high 11's on stock turbo but I could be wrong on that so dont quote me.

The diablo tuner was recently released and is getting rave reviews. A local guy got one already and loves it to death. I dont see why I wouldent get the diablo tuner as well as a dyno tune.

the 16g that the skittles have are extremely efficient.. you can do 12s all day with that bad boy

SKittle actually comes with a TD04..........................I thought it was a 16g as well.
