To get the 3% off products on the site do you simply put in the code they gave you in the email when you purchase something? Or do you have to call them in order to get the 3% off? The code I was given seems to only give me discounts on vinyl decals.

I think they are having problems because I've entered the code in the past in the coupon box and it worked fine.
Recently I tried my discount code and its not working for some reason?

I emailed them about it and I am waiting for a reply.

If I had to guess, maybe...

a) your new to the sponsorship so they haven't fully added you into the system
b) its a new product and haven't told the system to discount you for that item (Codes are set as a per item in most cart systems)
c) there is indeed a small glitch with your code.

I would just telephone order for now in till the problem is fixed.
